CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY DRESS AFTER I'VE RESERVED IT?
Yes! Plans change, we get it, and we're pretty flexible about it. You may cancel or change to a different Hanfu or dress (as long as it's available) right up to 2 days before your booking. For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the first day of your rental term you can choose between a refund or a store credit. For cancellations made within 7 days but more than 2 days of your event you will receive store credit, which has no expiry. Store credit applies only to further rentals and cannot be used for accessories or sale items purchases. Please note that we cannot issue refunds within the 7 day period.

CAN I BUY THE DRESSES?
Some of the dresses have purchase option, which can easily found on the page.
WHAT ARE YOUR LATE FEES?
Late fees are charged at daily price and up to 5 days, at which time you will be charged the full deposit.
